  1. Washing chanterelles in running water and finely chopping with a knife.
  2. Heat the pan over the fire and add a little sunflower oils. We chop a couple of onions and pass in oil until golden colors. After that, spread finely chopped chanterelles. In 5 minutes add sour cream to the chanterelles, salt 1/2 tbsp. and fry them, or rather, simmer another 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the chanterelles are fried, peel the potatoes, cut circles and spread them in a pan according to the readiness of the chanterelles. Fry the potatoes for another 25 minutes, adding salt and pepper.
  4. Serve hot on the table. Do not interfere with such a dinner a glass of milk and a slice of rye bread.
