  1. We clean onions and potatoes, my. Dice potatoes, onions – straws, bacon – slices, finely chop the parsley.
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water until half ready, minutes 8-10, drain the potato broth.
  3. We put a deep frying pan on the fire, pour oil, heat it. Put the onion in the heated oil and fry it until half-preparedness, minutes 2.
  4. Next, put the bacon in the pan, mix with onion and fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. The last to send potatoes to the pan. Sprinkle everything paprika, salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, on low heat until the potatoes are cooked and rosy, about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot fried potato with bacon, decorated with greens.
