- Pork (fillet or on the bone) cut into thick plates about one cm.
- Separately, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Mix grated hard cheese and breading mixture.
- Dip a piece of meat in a beaten egg and roll cheese breadcrumbs.
- Fry in warmed vegetable oil on both sides seven minutes of battening.
- Serve the prepared pork with fresh herbs and vegetables.
