  1. Put pork minced meat, finely grated cheese in a bowl, breadcrumbs, egg, pepper and salt (3 pinches).

  2. We wash the arugula, send it into the blender bowl and grind it. Add to the minced meat, mix and form small balls.

  3. We send the prepared meatballs to hot oil and fry over medium heat covered from 2 sides for 5-7 minutes, until covered with a brown crust.

  4. Ready-made juicy meatballs with arugula, served hot with vegetable garnish or with your favorite sauce.
