Traditional meatballs will get a new taste and aroma if you make minced meat for home with chopped meat arugula and grated cheese. You can make a vegetable side dish to meatballs or homemade creamy sauce with mushrooms.

Put pork minced meat, finely grated cheese in a bowl, breadcrumbs, egg, pepper and salt (3 pinches).

We wash the arugula, send it into the blender bowl and grind it. Add to the minced meat, mix and form small balls.

We send the prepared meatballs to hot oil and fry over medium heat covered from 2 sides for 5-7 minutes, until covered with a brown crust.
