Simple and quick at home cooking pork dish. The only thing you should lay the time for pickling (at least three hours). It turns out very tasty, since pork has time to soak tomato marinade and all spices.

- Pure fresh tomatoes in a blender and combine with the following ingredients – chopped herbs and garlic, olive oil, spices for grill, tomato paste, salt.
- Put pieces of meat about two cm thick in tomato sauce, mix well, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for at least three hours, three o’clock.
- Fry marinated meat in a preheated grill pan with both sides for ten minutes.
- Serve the finished meat with boiled rice or potatoes, decorating greens.
