Fried pork chop on the bone

A simple recipe for pork cutlets on bone. To pork cutlet it turned out delicious, pre marinate the meat with onions. All that remains is to cook it at home in a pan in vegetable oil. If you want to make the cutlet more appetizing, season the pork with paprika.

  1. We wash the pork patties on the bone, cut the onion in half rings. On put the half of the onion on the bottom of the pan, prepared pieces sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and put onion. Add on pork leftovers, cover with a plate, pan with a lid and send to cool for at least 1 hour.

  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat, cutlets on the bone free from onion, rub with paprika and spread in butter.

  3. Fry pork from 2 sides to brown crust for 10-12 minutes and put on plates. Add to fragrant cutlets on bones a vegetable side dish and serve immediately.
