Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6-8 small sweet peppers
- 1 tbsp. mixed olives
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 3 sprigs of sage
- Zest of 1 lemon, cut into strips
- 1 tsp dried pepper flakes
- 8 cloves of garlic, crush

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat, add sprigs of sage, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, fry in within 1 minute. Add sweet pepper, fry on all sides, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook, stirring for another 3 minutes. Add olives and cook another 2 minutes. Put on a dish, serve with white bread.
