- 250 gr large-cap mushrooms
- 450 gr sprinkled bacon (in a mixture of black pepper and cereal mustard) at room temperature, cut the pieces in half
- 4 tbsp. l barbecue sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Cut off the legs of the mushrooms. Wash quickly and dry well with using paper chicks. Wrap each mushroom in a half strip bacon. Use two if one is not enough to fully to wrap a hat. Bacon sticks to mushrooms, so toothpicks don’t will be needed.
- In a medium-sized stew-pan over medium heat, fry mushrooms wrapped in bacon until the bacon is golden. When it will become slightly crispy, add the barbecue sauce and mix. Serve immediately.
