Fried minced pork chop

Cooking at home a simple and tasty dish of minced pork with the addition of breadcrumbs, chicken eggs, onions and garlic. Fry the meatballs in oil and serve with boiled potatoes and pickles.

  1. Chopped peeled onions very finely, chop the garlic through the press. Ready-made minced pork (minced meat should be bold) put in a bowl, add breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ground pepper, salt (2 pinches) and mix.

  2. We form crickets from the prepared blank round flat shape (8 pcs.) and roll in flour.

  3. In hot oil (a large amount), put the meatballs in flour and fry over medium heat covered on 2 sides until covered with a brown crust. The total time should be at least 20 minutes.

  4. Ready-made fragrant meatballs are served hot. Stuffing for meatballs on optionally, you can add any spices and herbs to taste. To make them hot, add chili peppers (1/3 tsp).
