Very tasty fish under the marinade, familiar from childhood, even by kindergarten time.

Prepared at home from a whole carcass, cut into small pieces, usually 2-3 slices with marinade are served per serving.

  1. Put pieces of peeled and washed fish in a bowl, sprinkle salt, mix, leave for half an hour.
  2. Roll the prepared fish in flour, fry in a pan with with vegetable oil eight minutes on one side and seven on other.
  3. For marinade – cut onion in half rings, peeled carrots grind on a medium grater.
  4. Fry lightly in a frying pan with vegetable oil onion, pour the carrots, fry, stirring, five minutes.
  5. Then simmer another five minutes with tomato paste.
  6. Pour 50 ml of water, cook for another five minutes.
  7. Season with vinegar, sugar, mix.
  8. Add salt, bay leaf, pepper, cloves and stew more Ten minutes.
  9. Put the fried pieces of fish in a baking dish.
  10. Hot marinade for fish. After cooling, put in the refrigerator at least three hours.
