Fried eggs with bell pepper: video recipe

I really like bell pepper, so I add it almost everywhere! =) I propose to diversify the fried eggs a bit, adding bell peppers, garlic, onions and soy sauce. To cook at home such a delicious breakfast will take very little time, and the result worth it! I advise you to try to do it.

  1. My bell pepper, cleanse from seeds, partitions and stalks. Cut into strips.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. We wash the greens and chop finely too.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. In a deep container, beat milk, eggs, until smooth, salt.
  7. Melt the butter in a pan. Add onion and fry until golden over medium heat.
  8. Add bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  9. Add garlic and fry all together for 5 minutes.
  10. Pour in soy sauce and evaporate it.
  11. Pour the egg mixture, fry, stirring constantly until lump conditions.
  12. Sprinkle with grated cheese, black pepper and herbs.
  13. Our fried eggs are ready. It will be even tastier if you add tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
