  • 1 tbsp. l fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil separately
  • 1 tbsp. l very finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp. water
  • Cilantro and roasted peanuts for decoration
  • Steamed rice and lime slices for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix coconut milk, curry paste and fish sauce to a homogeneous consistency. Preheat strongly to the pan. Add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and warm until smoke will go.
