  1. On chicken legs we make a cut to the bone, carefully cut the meat from the bone and remove the skin. Salted and pepper prepared fillet.

  2. In different bowls we spread flour, crackers, beaten eggs. Fillet roll the legs in flour, dip in eggs, roll in breadcrumbs and send portions in hot oil (large quantities).

  3. Fry the meat over low heat for 6-7 minutes from 2 sides and, for remove excess oil, spread on paper towels or towels. Fragrant juicy fillet of chicken legs served hot with favorite side dish.
