Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat off chicken breasts and grate with salt. Heat in large pan olive oil. Put the chicken breasts skin down and fry over high heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken breasts and add apples, shallots and sage. Reduce heat and fry, another 5 minutes. Shift chicken breasts on a dish and continue to fry, stirring, apples and onions – shallot, about 2 minutes more.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the icing: mix in a bowl chicken stock, maple syrup, vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add the mixture to the pan with apples and onions, bring to a boil and put out, 2-3 minutes.
