Cappelletti is one of the varieties of Italian pasta. They are made in the form of small dumplings resembling a hat. More often all they are cooked with cheese. And I offer a recipe for delicious cappelleti with fried chicken breast filling – try to cook them at home, you will definitely like it :).

- Boil the resulting cappelletti in large quantities salted water. Take out slotted spoon. When serving, you can pour broth and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
