Fried chard with cream

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 bunches of chard, divide leaves and stems, then large chop
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut into slices
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. cream
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan to medium temperature. Add the stalks of chard, garlic, a pinch of salt and fry covered cover, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes, shift into a bowl.
  2. Add the chard leaves to the pan and fry, stirring, not lidding, 5 min. Add cream and continue cooking. 3 min. Mix the stalks of chard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. to taste.
