- On medium heat, heat oil in a pan. Throw flower beds cabbage, fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the potatoes and fry for 7-8 minutes. Then put them on a plate or on paper towel.
- Pour a little more oil into the pan and add caraway seeds, chopped onion. Fry for 2 minutes, add sliced slices ginger and garlic. Fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, powder coriander.
