Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the carrots and cut it diagonally into thick circles 0.5 cm. You should get about 6 tbsp. carrots. In big pan (with a diameter of 25-30 cm.) put the carrots, pour 1/3 tbsp. water, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cover the pan and cook with a medium-low heat. 7-8 minutes, until the carrots are ready. Add butter and fry another minute until the water evaporates and the carrots are covered with oil. Turn off the heat, add dill and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
