- 6 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 bundles of small turnips, trimmed and cut into 4 parts, or 3 medium turnips, peeled and sliced

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the grill pan over high heat. Fry the onions rings to charred marks of approximately 2 minutes on each side. If the steak is too large and does not fit in a pan, cut in half.
