Fried Bananas with Sour Cream

Dessert

  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut in half across, then longitudinally
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • Juice 1 Orange
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • A pinch of salt

Sour cream

  • 4 tbsp. l sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put butter in a large pan and melt it on moderately high heat. Add bananas and fry until they are start to caramelize. Add orange juice, sugar and salt and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Bananas should be well browned and orange juice and sugar turn into icing (if necessary add a tablespoon of water).
  2. Serve on a dessert plate with a spoon of sour cream cream. Sour cream: in a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
