• Bananas – 2 pcs.
• Walnuts – 100 g.

1. In a well-heated pan, melt the butter. Add brown sugar, reduce heat and leave sugar caramelize.
2. Now add the cream, stirring constantly. And cook on minimum heat until thickened.
3. Cut the bananas into large slices diagonally and spread on to the pan. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
4. Add rum and set fire. An open flame appears, which disappears after 30 seconds. Turn off the fire and pour cinnamon.
5. When serving, you can decorate with a ball of ice cream.
