  1. Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Chop onions and carrots cubes.
  2. Fry onion and carrots on a small amount of vegetable oil until onion is transparent.
  3. Add frozen green peas, corn to the pan. and green beans. Fry for 5 minutes and remove all vegetables from the fire.
  4. Fry the washed rice in a dry frying pan until it starts crackle and does not start to become slightly golden. Exactly due to such frying, the rice will remain friable.
  5. Add water to cover rice about 5mm. Simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
  6. Add vegetables, mix rice and salt.
