While I was going to cook at home dietary breasts, breasts in soy sauce and breast baked with vegetables in a creamy sauce, I had enough time to make a quick tasty fresh vegetable salad with soy sauce and cilantro.

- We wash vegetables, peppers, seeds and partitions. Bell pepper cut into strips, tomato slices, cucumbers quarters.
- Peel chili seeds, cut into strips, chop dill and cilantro.
- In a deep plate, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper, chili pepper and dill with cilantro. Fill salad with soy sauce, salt, pepper, granulated garlic (preferably fresh, but I have ended), paprika and olive oil. Serve with a main course or as a separate meal for a snack. Enjoy your meal!
