While I was going to cook at home dietary breasts, breasts in soy sauce and breast baked with vegetables in a creamy sauce, I had enough time to make a quick tasty fresh vegetable salad with soy sauce and cilantro.

  1. We wash vegetables, peppers, seeds and partitions. Bell pepper cut into strips, tomato slices, cucumbers quarters.
  2. Peel chili seeds, cut into strips, chop dill and cilantro.
  3. In a deep plate, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper, chili pepper and dill with cilantro. Fill salad with soy sauce, salt, pepper, granulated garlic (preferably fresh, but I have ended), paprika and olive oil. Serve with a main course or as a separate meal for a snack. Enjoy your meal!
