  1. Wash carrots and cucumbers and peel them.
  2. Cut carrots and cucumbers into thin slices, better use a peeler or a special slicer.
  3. Mix the slices of vegetables in a bowl.
  4. Cut the whole fennel bulb in half, then remove the outer layer. The edible part is cut into thin pieces.
  5. Add fennel to vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Refuel lemon juice and olive oil.
  6. Put the salad on a plate, spread the onion feathers in the center. Garnish with dill, basil and chard leaves.
