- Wash carrots and cucumbers and peel them.
- Cut carrots and cucumbers into thin slices, better use a peeler or a special slicer.
- Mix the slices of vegetables in a bowl.
- Cut the whole fennel bulb in half, then remove the outer layer. The edible part is cut into thin pieces.
