- My cabbage, clear of the upper leaves. Finely chopped with a knife or on a special grater. Better to take juicy and young cabbage.
- Wash carrots, peel and rub on a fine grater.
- My cucumber and finely chop. Add to the carrots with cabbage.
- Finely chop the green onion, garlic through a special press.
