  1. We will prepare all the products you need.
  2. Wash and dry the cucumber, cut into half rings.
  3. My radish and cut into circles.
  4. We wash the sorrel and wipe it with a napkin or paper towel. We wash and dry green onions too. Finely chop the greens, garlic peel and chop finely.
  5. In a deep salad bowl, mix all the ingredients and season olive oil. Sprinkle the prepared salad with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy your meal!
