Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr diced salmon for sushi
  • 1/4 Art. diced onions
  • 1/4 Art. chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. l salt
  • 1 tbsp. l crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 tbsp. l furikake cereal or Japanese rice seasoning
  • 60 ml. soy sauce
  • 110 gr. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
