Your preference I give it to thick and rich soups, although sometimes I want a light one chicken stock? My favorite first dish is borscht ??? But when there is no beetroot and too lazy to go to the store, I cook cabbage soup from fresh cabbage ???

- I cook beef broth. I pour meat on the bones with water and put to cook.

- I’m sending the finished frying to the soup.
