Your preference I give it to thick and rich soups, although sometimes I want a light one chicken stock? My favorite first dish is borscht ??? But when there is no beetroot and too lazy to go to the store, I cook cabbage soup from fresh cabbage ???

  1. I cook beef broth. I pour meat on the bones with water and put to cook.
  2. I remove the foam. Salt, add bay leaf and black pepper peas. I cook until the meat is ready.
  3. Then I take out the meat and filter the broth.
  4. I send potatoes, diced, into the broth, cook it until semi-preparedness.
  5. Then add chopped fresh cabbage.
  6. I’m cooking the roast. I cut onions into a small cup, I rub the carrots on a grater. I peel the tomatoes also cut into a cube.
  7. Fry the onion in sunflower oil, then add the carrots, tomatoes, garlic through the press, tomato paste, fry it all together for several minutes.
  8. I’m sending the finished frying to the soup.
  9. At the very end I add finely chopped greens.
  10. Separate the meat from the bone, cut into small pieces and add to the plate portionwise.
