Fresh broccoli salad with tomatoes

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 450 g broccoli cabbage (rinse, prune inflorescences and thinly cut using a slicer)
  • 170 g of cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes halves
  • 90 g coarsely chopped, roasted pecans or hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp. l thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, beat vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Continuing to beat, gradually add olive oil. Add broccoli and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Add tomatoes, nuts and basil. Cover and let it brew salad before serving at room temperature or in the refrigerator another 15 minutes
