- Zest of 1 lemon

- 450 g broccoli cabbage (rinse, prune inflorescences and thinly cut using a slicer)

- 90 g coarsely chopped, roasted pecans or hazelnuts

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Continuing to beat, gradually add olive oil. Add broccoli and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add tomatoes, nuts and basil. Cover and let it brew salad before serving at room temperature or in the refrigerator another 15 minutes
