Recipe preparation:
- Cook the corn in a large pot of boiling water for 3 minutes, until the starch comes out. Drain and immerse the corn in ice water to stop the cooking process and preserve its color. When the corn cools, cut the grains from the ears, cut closer to the core the cob.
