- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- We wash the chicken breasts, wipe it with a paper towel, and then beat off to a thickness of about 2 cm.
- Put the chicken breast on the sheets for frying, press it with your hand, so that the breast absorbs all the spices. Fry on both sides on dry pan until cooked over medium to low heat (breast get very juicy).
- Soak lettuce leaves in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Then we tear the leaves with our hands in a plate.
- Cool the breast and cut into slices, spread on the leaves lettuce.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, add to the bowl. Boil eggs (soft-boiled or hard-boiled), peel and cut each in half, add to the salad.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard – this will be our refueling. Dress the salad dressing and serve on table.
