- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crush
- 1 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock

- 4 mini baguettes, cut in half lengthwise

Recipe preparation:
- Grate a turkey breast 1 tbsp. l olive oil, thyme, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- Heat in a large cast-iron skillet 1 tbsp. l olive oil at high temperature. Put turkey breast on a pan with skin down and fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Turn over and cook another 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium temperature, add carrots, celery, onions and garlic, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add Worcestershire Chicken Broth sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce fire to moderately low. temperature, cover the pan and continue cooking, until meat prepared, approximately 20 min.
