French Mix Four Spices

This spice mix is widely used in French cuisine in cooking soups, vegetable stews, confit, pastes and various sausages. The mixture includes white pepper, ground cloves, ground ginger and grated nutmeg. Among all the spices like usually dominated by pepper.
