  1. Prepare the liver – wash, peel, cut into large in pieces.
  2. Grind the liver, pulp of apples, slices of peeled in a blender onions, garlic.
  3. Add pistachios and spices to the resulting mass.
  4. Beat eggs, send to the liver.
  5. Cut the bacon into thin slices.
  6. Put the bacon in a baking dish.
  7. On the bacon – the liver mass, top cover with a layer of bacon.
  8. Send to the oven, covering with foil, for 45 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. Put a pan on the bottom of the oven with water.
  9. Ready cooled terrine to put in the refrigerator. When serving cut in portions.
