- Chop the chicken fillet finely thawed fillet).
- Chop the onion.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, onion, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Add 1 egg, mix well. If the dough is not enough elastic, add another egg.
- Add flour, mix well again.
- Grind the greens, add to the dough.
- Heat a pan with a little oil. Spread the dough with a tablespoon in a pan and fry with two sides for 2-3 minutes.
