  1. Melt the butter. Do not boil!
  2. Introduce the flour, mix well until smooth.
  3. Boil the milk. Pour boiled milk into a mixture of butter and flour.
  4. Add salt, mix.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, cook until the sauce thickens for another 7-10 min, not forgetting to constantly stir. The sauce is ready!
