  2. Sift 500 gr. flour add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil, mix. dough and knead soft dough.
  3. We cover the dough and put it in the heat for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. We knead the dough a little in flour and divide by 4 parts.
  5. Without a rolling pin, with our hands we knead each piece into a square thick about 2 cm. and twist in a tight roll, and roll out stretching to the sides.
  6. Spread the blanks on a baking sheet, cover and let stand another 30 minutes
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and peeled seeds if desired.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 7 minutes at 220 degrees and another 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
