Sometimes, for a change, I want to cook something new at home. This recipe for delicious rice with carrots comes to my aid. You can make it as a side dish to the festive table.

- Chop onion and garlic finely.
- Grate carrots or cut into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan, then add creamy and quickly fry the garlic for about 30 seconds. Then add the onion and curry, mix, after 1 minute add carrots and fry 3 min.
- Pour rice, mix and add boiling water. Salt to taste. After boiling, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Then turn off fire and let the rice stand for another 10-15 minutes.
- Stir and sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving. Enjoy your meal!
