- Soak the beans overnight. In the morning, drain, rinse and boil until ready.
- Grind half the beans and 50 ml of bean broth in a blender before mashed.
- Pour 400 ml of water into the pan. Put the remaining beans and bean puree. Boil. Salt and pepper on to taste.
- Cut the carrots in circles or grate on a coarse grater.
- In the bean broth, run the noodles and grated carrots. Cook until ready.
- Cut 2 cloves of garlic into circles. Heat in a pan vegetable oil. Put the garlic. Add soy sauce. Stir frying for 2 minutes over low heat. Add to Bean soup.
- Remove the soup from the stove. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Finely chop the greens. Sprinkle in soup while serving.
