I’m sure that only the fact of a herring drenched in milk will cause a storm of your emotions. In fact, Forshmak is a Jewish classic the kitchen. Each Jewish family has its own characteristics in cooking this appetizer home: someone soaks herring in milk, someone in tea, someone puts white bread, and someone mashed potatoes. In any case, it is really delicious.

- Herring to peel. Pour in herring fillet with milk and leave on 3 hours.
- Peel and boil the potatoes, mash with a fork and make mashed potatoes mixed with milk.
