  1. Cut the onion with feathers, bell pepper and carrots – in strips, boil oyster mushrooms in water and separate into individual mushrooms by hand, boil rice in salted water until almost ready.

  5. Pour rice with saffron and add ghee, close cover and simmer another 10 minutes to melt the butter.
