- Clean, wash, dry the fish.
- Onion cut into rings.
- Wash the oranges, squeeze the juice.
- Fry the onions in a pan with oil.
- Put flounder to the onion, fry on both sides for five minutes. At the end, salt and pepper.
- Pour squeezed juice, simmer in the sauce for another ten minutes.
- Serve each fish separately on a platter, top with a stew onion, garnish to taste.
