On holidays, I always want something that every day I don’t allow due to lack of time. In addition to serving sharp dishes need to be prepared, although this recipe suggests options total severity. Some components need to be stocked up in advance, for example rice and hunting sausages.
The main ingredients:
- eggs – 4-5 pcs.;
- minced veal – 300 g;
- sharp hunting sausages – 2 pcs.;
- rice – 175 g;

- cilantro – 1 handful;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- peeled tomatoes in their own juice – 1 can;
- olive oil – 3 tablespoons;
- freshly ground black pepper and sea salt – one each a pinch.
Cooking method
Boil rice. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Sharp we cut hunting sausages in circles, the thickness of which can be 3-4 mm In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the prepared garlic and onions. In the same pan put the minced meat and sausages, add salt, pepper and fry until half prepared minced meat. It is necessary to interfere to such an extent that minced meat did not come in a single lump. Add half a jar of tomatoes, mix well and remove from heat.
We put the oven to warm up to 180 C. My sweet pepper, free from seeds and cut into thin long strips (watch so that there are no seeds left). Heat 1 more in a second pan tablespoon of olive oil and fry the pepper until it softness.
With the remaining olive oil, carefully lubricate the form where we have the dish will be baked, and put in it first boiled rice, then minced meat with sausages, and pour on top of the jar remaining tomatoes in their own juice and sweet pepper. It turns out several completely different layers. We make some minced meat cavities and break eggs in them.
In a preheated oven, bake for about 15 minutes, but for now we cut cooked cilantro, which is sprinkled with the finished dish.
Tasty options: if desired, you can reduce the severity dishes and take any familiar variety of hunting sausages, and also sprinkle on top of any available greens, be it green onions or dill with parsley.
