  1. Wash and dismantle broccoli for inflorescences. Boil broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then cool, leave the water.
  2. Cut the champignons into 4 parts, grease with lemon juice. Bow cut into half rings.
  3. Rinse fish, dry, cut into slices and sprinkle with juice lemon.
  4. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a heated pan. Then pour 100 ml of broccoli and sour cream.
  5. Then put the fish in a pan, cover, simmer 10 minutes.
