Fish pie with rice and onions

To make a fish pie we need:

  • catfish (you can take salmon) 0.8-1 kg
  • boiled rice 150-200 gr
  • boiled eggs 4 pcs
  • dill greens to taste
  • onions 5-6 pcs
  • ready-made yeast dough 1 pack (0.5 kg), by the way, you can dough take any: puff, without yeast – to taste
  • cheese 50 gr
  • mayonnaise 20 gr

You can cook fish pie with onions and rice like this:

Given that the dough is already ready, we spread 1/3 of everything dough into a greased baking dish so that it climbed onto the sides of the form. We spread boiled rice on the dough, a little accepting.

Roll out on the table half of the remaining dough into a layer of 0.5 cm and put on fig. It is important that the layer of the second layer of dough should not cover the rice layer at the edges.

On the second layer of dough we spread the eggs, chopped finely, fried onions and chopped dill.

We cut the catfish or salmon into thin small pieces and spread on top of the onion layer.

Roll the remaining dough thinly and cover with a layer of fish, pinching the edges with the first layer.

We send the fish cake to the oven preheated to 180 degrees on 25-30 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of baking a fish pie, top of the pie grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
