  1. Grind onions in a blender or in a meat grinder, skip the garlic through the press. Add onion, garlic, salt to the minced meat and mix and mix well.

  5. We start cooking. Tear off a piece of cling film or take disposable bag, stele on the table, put the minced ball on top, press lightly, cover on top with another film or bag and roll into a thin cake 2-3 mm thick with using rolling pin.
  6. Pour the egg mass into a large plate with a ladle (1 egg per Brizol, I poured 1/2 ladle).
  7. Remove the top film from the minced meat and put it on a plate with egg, as shown in the video, and remove the second film.
  8. Gently pour the meat cake with the egg into the pan and fry on both sides in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
  9. We spread the brizol on a paper napkin and on top as well blot with a napkin to remove excess oil.
  10. When all the breezels are ready, put the filling in them and turn rolls.
