Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr salted pork ribs

  • 8 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 onion heads, peeled and finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 large smoked sausages, sliced in large pieces
  • 450 gr smoked pork ribs, sliced
  • 450 gr smoked pork belly, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. l ground black pepper
  • 5 bay leaves
  • For serving: boiled rice, sliced orange, salad greenery

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the beans with cold water and soak overnight. Also soak salty ribs and bacon in cold water overnight.
