Fast salted cucumbers: video recipe


This is a very simple dry pickling method. Some do right in package. I did in the container. Ideally, take another dill umbrella, leaf of cherry and horseradish. I had only a leaf of currant. Coriander and mustard also at will. And in general it turns out deliciously just with salt, sugar, garlic and fresh dill.

  1. Wash the cucumbers, trim the ends, cut along in half.
  2. Chop the garlic into plates.
  3. Cut dill and currant leaf and mix with each other.
  4. In a bowl, mix sugar, salt, mustard and coriander.
  5. Lay cucumbers-spices-garlic-greens in layers on the form and so on until the products run out.
  6. Close the container and shake gently.
  7. Send in the fridge overnight. Cucumbers are ready!
