- 700 gr. skinless bones
- 2 tsp cumin
- 4 tsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. l oils
- 1 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1 tbsp. frozen green peas (thaw)
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 2 diagonal sliced sweet peppers
- 1/4 Art. fat cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1.5 tbsp. l curry powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Basmati rice (boil according to the instructions on the packaging), for filing

Recipe preparation:
- Dice the chicken. Fry the pieces in a large pan. chicken in vegetable and butter until golden brown colors. Put on a plate and cover with tin foil. In the same put the onion in a pan and sauté until tender.
- Add bell peppers and mix. Sprinkle curry, cinnamon and cumin. Shuffle. Add flour, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the broth and mix until the mixture thickens. Again put the chicken in a pan and simmer until soft carrots, about 20 minutes. Add the peas and cream. Mix well and cook, until the mixture warms up. Salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
