Fast cooking lamb kebabs

If the camping trip is already very close, and the barbecue is not yet prepared at home, then in this case this recipe is for you. The lamb is not pickled, but simply smeared with a herbal mixture when cooking. Shish kebab is very tasty!

  1. Lamb meat must be washed, minced and cut large put into a barbecue, put in a bowl and add a little salt.

  2. Put all remaining ingredients in the blender bowl (i.e. except meat) and kill them to a homogeneous consistency.

  3. String lamb on skewers and grease the meat with a brush herbal mixture. Put the meat on the grill. Periodically the lamb must be watered with olive oil with herbs. Barbecue about 20 minutes. Please note that in this case you can use only lamb meat, lamb will be tough and tasteless.
